About the role

  • Conduct outbound sales calls and actively prospect new business opportunities
  • Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Close deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
  • Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies
  • Identify new market opportunities and target audiences
  • Create and optimize sales funnels
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Track and report on key performance metrics
  • Design and create professional marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, one-pagers)
  • Develop compelling copy for various marketing channels
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials
  • Create email marketing campaigns
  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Design graphics and visual content for social posts
  • Manage social media calendars and posting schedules
  • Monitor engagement and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales with demonstrable closing success
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales and lead generation
  • Strong marketing background with portfolio of created materials
  • Proficiency in social media marketing and content creation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools
  • Preferred: Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO principles
  • Preferred: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
