About the role

  • Document, track, and manage challenges to policies, procedures, and standards raised by the ERM P&G team.
  • Assist in the end-to-end lifecycle of policy and governance documents, including intake, review, challenge, approval, and retirement processes.
  • Maintain the enterprise glossary of terms, process change requests, generate periodic reports and obtain stakeholder agreement.
  • Coordinate scheduled and ad hoc training communications; track responses and follow-ups.
  • Support research efforts related to framework expectations, organizational changes, and framework trends to inform decisions.
  • Monitor and maintain tracking lists, task assignments, and data collection efforts to support governance reporting and audit readiness.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional administrative or other support in a corporate environment or experience with policies/procedures, committee governance or 2LOD challenge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Exceptional organizational and professional communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Experience with business writing, proofreading, and preparing professional presentations.
  • Ability to work independently and engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
