Responsibilities
- Responsibility for topics related to risk management, sustainability and regulatory requirements across the corporate group
- Support for sustainability and regulatory topics, in particular in connection with EUDR, CBAM, supply chain issues, F‑Gas and the Act to Strengthen Accessibility (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG)
- Coordination and support of risk management and contribution to the further development of sustainable corporate practices within the regulatory environment
- Implementation of data protection requirements and close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external authorities
- Support for corporate law changes, management of the litigation register, support for master data management and assumption of deputy duties in the areas of compliance and licensing
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in business administration (e.g., BWL) and/or a completed commercial apprenticeship such as legal assistant, notary assistant or industrial clerk
- Confident user of MS Office
- Ideally experience with compliance tools (e.g., Ethical)
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and ideally good English skills
- Analytical skills, a structured working style and a strong sense of responsibility
- Communication and team skills, an independent working style and the ability to work under pressure
