Responsibilities

Requirements
- Een **academische opleiding** (master-niveau of gelijkwaardig) en ruime **leidinggevende ervaring** binnen de zorg of een complexe, multi-site omgeving.
- Sterke **strategische en operationele vaardigheden**, inclusief **P&L-verantwoordelijkheid**.
- Ervaring met **zorgprocessen, kwaliteitsmanagement** en **verandertrajecten**.
