About the role

  • Store Manager leading a retail outlet for a major textile franchise. Responsible for team development and operational management in the store.

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the store’s operational and financial performance
  • Lead, coach and develop the team – you are both a coach and a role model
  • Analyze and optimize processes using business KPIs
  • Ensure merchandise presentation and a service-oriented customer experience
  • Plan and organize staff scheduling and onboard new employees
  • Conduct team meetings, goal-setting discussions and feedback sessions
  • Participate in the recruiting process (pre-selection and interviews)
  • Act as the interface between the store, area management and headquarters – you represent the values of the PTH group

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or vocational training, ideally in retail
  • Several years of experience in a comparable leadership role
  • Solid business management knowledge and confident use of KPIs
  • Structured, solution-oriented way of working and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong communication skills, organizational ability and a sense of responsibility
  • Plan and implement measures to achieve store targets, including goal-setting, action development and performance monitoring
  • Confident use of digital tools and openness to new technologies in daily work
  • Good German language skills for customer communication (at least C1)
