About the role
- Store Manager leading a retail outlet for a major textile franchise. Responsible for team development and operational management in the store.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the store’s operational and financial performance
- Lead, coach and develop the team – you are both a coach and a role model
- Analyze and optimize processes using business KPIs
- Ensure merchandise presentation and a service-oriented customer experience
- Plan and organize staff scheduling and onboard new employees
- Conduct team meetings, goal-setting discussions and feedback sessions
- Participate in the recruiting process (pre-selection and interviews)
- Act as the interface between the store, area management and headquarters – you represent the values of the PTH group
Requirements
- Completed commercial or vocational training, ideally in retail
- Several years of experience in a comparable leadership role
- Solid business management knowledge and confident use of KPIs
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong communication skills, organizational ability and a sense of responsibility
- Plan and implement measures to achieve store targets, including goal-setting, action development and performance monitoring
- Confident use of digital tools and openness to new technologies in daily work
- Good German language skills for customer communication (at least C1)
