Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for the operational and financial management of the store
Leading, developing and mentoring the team – you act as both coach and role model
Analyzing and optimizing processes using business KPIs
Ensuring merchandise presentation and a service-oriented customer experience
Planning and organizing staff schedules and onboarding new employees
Conducting team meetings, performance reviews and feedback sessions
Participating in the recruitment process (pre-selection and interviews)
Acting as the interface between the store, area management and headquarters – you represent the values of the PTH group
Requirements
Completed commercial qualification, preferably in retail
Several years of professional experience in a comparable leadership role
Solid business/financial knowledge and confident handling of KPIs
Structured, solution-oriented working style and an entrepreneurial mindset
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Strong communication skills, organizational talent and a sense of responsibility
Planning and implementing measures to achieve store targets, including goal setting, action development and success monitoring
Confident use of digital tools and openness to new technologies in the workplace
Good German language skills for customer communication (minimum C1)
Experience in multi-label/multi-brand retail to optimally present diverse product ranges (desirable)
