About the role
- Store Manager leading operations in a fashion multi-brand store representing PTH group. Responsible for team management, process optimization, and customer experience at the store.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the operational and financial management of the store
- Leading, developing and mentoring the team – you act as both coach and role model
- Analyzing and optimizing processes using business KPIs
- Ensuring merchandise presentation and a service-oriented customer experience
- Planning and organizing staff schedules and onboarding new employees
- Conducting team meetings, performance reviews and feedback sessions
- Participating in the recruitment process (pre-selection and interviews)
- Acting as the interface between the store, area management and headquarters – you represent the values of the PTH group
Requirements
- Completed commercial qualification, preferably in retail
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable leadership role
- Solid business/financial knowledge and confident handling of KPIs
- Structured, solution-oriented working style and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong communication skills, organizational talent and a sense of responsibility
- Planning and implementing measures to achieve store targets, including goal setting, action development and success monitoring
- Confident use of digital tools and openness to new technologies in the workplace
- Good German language skills for customer communication (minimum C1)
- Experience in multi-label/multi-brand retail to optimally present diverse product ranges (desirable)
