Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate various mobile network projects with a focus on rollout
Proactively drive rollout projects based on customer-relevant requirements and data
Conduct deep-dive sessions with stakeholders to clarify complex issues and identify risk factors
Early identification and removal of blocking points in the rollout process
Identify optimization opportunities in the rollout process and implement improvement measures, followed by review meetings
Create and maintain rollout documentation, including status reports, change logs, and lessons learned
Regular coordination meetings and calls with the customer and all involved teams
Requirements
Completed technical vocational training or degree (communications engineering, telecommunications, information technology, electrical engineering, or similar)
Proven experience managing complex (including multiple simultaneous) mobile network projects
Extensive expertise in telecommunications (mobile network infrastructure and rollouts)
Strong project management knowledge (methods and tools) and very good Office skills (Teams, Outlook, Excel)
Strong communication skills, goal-oriented demeanour, and ability to stay calm under pressure
High willingness to travel (approx. 3 days per week to Frankfurt/Main, Stuttgart and Düsseldorf) subject to agreement with the client
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
