Responsibilities

Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle utilizing appropriate tools.

Work closely with design, development, and testing teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
Conduct impact assessments of requirements changes during the project development lifecycle.
Produce and maintain relevant technical documentation to support project deliverables including requirement specifications, design documents, and test cases.
Requirements
**University Degree (Bachelor's or Engineering) in related fields:** Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
**Experience:** 2-4 years in Requirements Engineering or a similar role.
**Requirements Elicitation:** Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering.
**Requirements Management Tools:** Familiarity with tools such as IBM DOORS or similar requirements management software.
**Traceability:** Knowledge of requirements traceability techniques and methodologies.
**Documentation Skills:** Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation.
**Collaboration:** Experience working in cross-functional teams.
**Change Management:** Understanding of change control processes related to requirements.
**Quality Assurance:** Familiarity with testing processes and ensuring requirements are adequately validated.
**Knowledge of Automotive Standards:** Familiarity with standards such as ISO 26262 or ASPICE is a plus.
**Effective Communication Skills:** Ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
