Responsibilities

  • Design informative paths to answers through modeling or experimental plans
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various team members for experimental work
  • Analyze results rigorously and distill findings into actionable guidance

Requirements

  • Deep, first-principles understanding of thermodynamics, kinetics, and transport in electrochemical reactors
  • Experience influencing the direction of hardware development, material selection, or experimental strategy
  • Development of mechanism-specific accelerated stress tests
  • Comfort with coding and statistics
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex findings and collaborate effectively
  • PhD in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related field or equivalent hands-on electrochemical R&D experience
