About the role

  • Scheduling Engineer managing complex execution timelines for high-voltage projects. Collaborating with project teams to ensure timely execution and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Create and take responsibility for complex execution schedules, including defining the level of detail and descriptions of activities and resources for overhead transmission line projects.
  • Scheduling during the proposal/tender preparation phase.
  • Project-related updating of schedules, including monitoring of resources.
  • Prepare variance analyses and identify corrective actions to secure the final deadline.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project structures, determine the critical path, dependencies and lead times.
  • Integrate third-party schedules into an overall master schedule.
  • Attend construction and schedule meetings with clients and project managers.
  • Own and ensure the quality standards for schedule management, including regular project risk analyses.

Requirements

  • Completed degree, preferably in Civil Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in project management of construction projects, preferably in the execution of high-voltage projects with a focus on scheduling, schedule control and monitoring.
  • Experience coordinating interfaces with the typical technical and project-specific disciplines.
  • Proficient in MS Project and/or Primavera, and very good command of MS Office.
  • Valid Class B driving license and strong advisory and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel (during probation: 2–3 days per week; thereafter as required and by arrangement).
  • Business-fluent German (negotiation level).
