BenchSciLead Analyst, Data
Lead Business Analyst focusing on data analytics and business intelligence at BenchSci. Collaborating across teams to define and drive analytical strategy for informed decision - making.
About the role
- Responsible for all internal and external project documentation;
- Elicitation of functional and non-functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria;
- Preparation of installation manuals and user instructions, release notes, Vision Document, etc.;
- Assist in reviewing test cases and validating traceability.
Requirements
- Experience as a Requirements Analyst;
- Degree in Systems Analysis or related field;
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies;
- Experience with Use Cases and User Stories;
- Strong logical reasoning and concise writing skills;
- Knowledge of web systems architecture and APIs.
- Preferred qualifications:
- Certifications such as IREB, CPRE, Product Owner;
- Experience with Azure DevOps;
- Experience in cybersecurity;
- Experience as a Tech Writer or Documentation Analyst.
