About the role

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to driving Marketing performance by enabling precise, data-led customer engagement and campaign activity.
  • Deliver campaign communications on time, ensuring high‑quality execution from brief to delivery.
  • Apply regulatory, credit risk, and data governance requirements to customer targeting to protect customers and ANZ’s reputation.
  • Translate business and stakeholder requirements into accurate, targeted campaign outputs using customer data and analytics.
  • Support the creation and ongoing refinement of campaign programmes and performance metrics, helping measure impact and inform future activity.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical capability, with experience using SQL or AWS SageMaker to work confidently with large and complex datasets.
  • The ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes in a fast‑paced and evolving setting.
  • A growth mindset, curiosity, and attention to detail, with a passion for turning data into meaningful outcomes.
  • Well‑developed interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience of corporate data management, with an understanding of regulatory and risk considerations.
