Responsibilities

  • Responsible for budget planning, financial management, and economic analysis
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and total rewards analysis across sectors and jurisdictions
  • Analyze complex compensation data and prepare reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leaders
  • Consult with external agencies and sector representatives to develop and implement compensation frameworks
  • Monitor labour market trends, compensation best practices, and legislative changes

Requirements

  • A university degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in compensation consulting, compensation analysis, or HR analytics
  • Strong knowledge of compensation design, job evaluation/classification, and organizational design
  • Knowledge of research methodology and survey design principles
  • Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, charts, statistical functions)
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
