About the role

  • Administrative Analyst role at Unidas handling vehicle management processes and internal improvements. Collaborating with different teams for implementing accurate delivery and vehicle info management.

Responsibilities

  • Management information for new (0 km) vehicles that are in the implementation process, along with suggestions for improvements to internal processes;
  • Monitoring and analyzing initial processes to apply the activity;
  • Accessorization/fitting of new (0 km) vehicles with accuracy, keeping the system updated with current information;
  • Daily delivery forecasts (Implementation Map);
  • Analysis and presentation of the implementation map with daily forecasts for all new vehicles that are in the implementation process (vehicles pending invoicing until implementation is complete);
  • Creation of delivery variance reports (Planned vs. Actual), etc.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Good communication skills to interact with suppliers;
  • Resilience to handle high workloads;
  • Organized approach to managing tasks and demands.
