Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Processing, Systems Analysis, Information Systems, or related fields, or a completed postgraduate degree in IT;
- Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation;
- Experience with software development projects;
- Experience in user support and service.
