About the role
- Requirement Engineer working on EV charging stations in Bolzano, Italy. Gathering and documenting requirements, and translating them into technical specifications supporting project execution.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements from stakeholders for EV charging station projects.
- Act as a bridge between business teams, technical teams, and external partners.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Support project planning and execution by ensuring requirement alignment.
- Participate in workshops, meetings, and site visits (approx. 2 weeks/month in Bolzano).
- Maintain clear and organized documentation for all project requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Requirement Engineer, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Knowledge of electric vehicle infrastructure or willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills in English, German is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Willingness to travel to Bolzano approx. 2 weeks per month.
