Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Engineering
  • Postgraduate degree preferred in: Management, Administration, Sales, Marketing, or Communications
  • Experience managing a sales team
  • Knowledge of the retail segment, hardware and tool stores, and home centers; preferably with experience in tools or related products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership ability and experience developing teams
  • Results-oriented with a strong customer focus
  • Availability for frequent travel
