Responsibilities
Own the regional P&L for the Pacific Projects business and deliver on top line revenue and Operating Income
Focus on building robust management operating systems that establish efficient processes and enhances operational productivity, cost management, and profitability
Define and implement growth strategies for the Projects business to enhance our value proposition to market
Support Offering Management to define branding and market penetration strategies for the region and to enhance market demand of offerings
Define and execute the product and technology roadmap to serve the unique needs of the GBE customers in a differentiated way
Drive the sales organisation to deliver growth opportunities for the business
Drive operations, sourcing, finance functions to a common vision and deliver best-in-class performance on-time delivery, quality, and service that exceed customer expectations
Attract and develop a top talent pool that drives the growth of this business
Drive compliance and forecast quality
Develop and maintain key customer relationships
Represent the Pacific Projects team in external and internal forums as requiredAvoid contractual penalties
Lower the cost of legal fees and internal cost through effective contract administration
Requirements
8+ years of guidance, strategy deployment, operations, business management, sales, or program management experience
Experience as a Sales or Business Manager
Proven track record in delivering growth and financial performance for an independent line of business
Demonstrated succession planning and development of business/sales guide
Strong financial knowledge on balance sheets, P&L, cash flow, and working capital mechanics
Ability to deploy and run a Financial Pulse Management Operating System (MOS) and a Sales MOS
