About the role

Responsibilities
- Gesamtverantwortung für Entwicklungs- und Serienprojekte im Bereich Lenkwaffen und Gefechtssprengköpfe hinsichtlich Kosten, Zeit und Qualität
- Führung interdisziplinärer Projektteams (Systemtechnik, Antrieb, Sensorik, Elektronik, Gefechtskopf, Integration, Produktion)
- Umsetzung militärischer Kundenanforderungen in technische Spezifikationen und Projektpläne
- Anforderungsmanagement bis zur Serienfreigabe (Idea to Offer)
- Steuerung von Entwicklungs-, Qualifikations- und Abnahmetests (u. a. Schießversuche, Umwelt- und Belastungstests)
- Budgetplanung, Forecasting und Ressourcensteuerung
- Identifikation, Bewertung und Management technischer sowie regulatorischer Risiken
- Koordination von Unterauftragnehmern und internationalen Partnern
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Exportkontroll- und Zulassungsvorgaben
- Vertrags-, Claim- und Änderungsmanagement
- Reporting an Geschäftsführung, Kunden und Behörden
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Elektrotechnik, Physik oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement komplexer technischer Systeme, idealerweise im Verteidigungsumfeld
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Lenkflugkörper-, Gefechtskopf- oder Wirksystemtechnik von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit militärischen Spezifikationen und regulatorischen Anforderungen (MIL-Standards)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement (z. B. IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2 von Vorteil)
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft sowie Sicherheitsüberprüfungsfähigkeit
