About the role

  • Responsible for the entire recruitment sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals and managing the end-to-end 360° recruitment process.
  • Acquiring new clients and driving business development.
  • Creating and executing a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and global reach.
  • Negotiating terms and conditions with both clients and candidates.
  • Advising clients and assisting them in filling open positions with qualified professionals.
  • Identifying and directly approaching qualified candidates through various channels and networking.
  • Overseeing the full recruitment process and conducting contract negotiations with clients and candidates.

Requirements

  • Proven sales talent with high motivation, ambition and initiative.
  • Experience as a business developer is an advantage.
  • Experience in recruitment.
  • IT vocational training or a university degree.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
