About the role

  • Partner closely with the Global People Team and Hiring Managers to develop an extraordinary candidate experience throughout interview and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to generate a pipeline of top candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Engage and cultivate relationships with candidates and assist throughout the interviewing/hiring process.
  • Identify potential candidates through intricate searches, sourcing tools, user groups, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct pre-screens, move candidates efficiently through the process, ensure excellent candidate experience, and negotiate and close offers.
  • Drive recruiting-focused company branding and visibility via social networks, job posting optimization, and innovative campaigns.
  • Advocate and optimize for a data-driven recruiting approach.
  • Own end-to-end logistics of recruitment from posting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, sending offer letters to onboarding.
  • Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  • Assist with Global People Operations projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant recruiting experience.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
  • Latam recruiting experience required including Mexico/Colombia/Brazil (Global recruiting experience preferred)
  • Experience recruiting in both a startup environment and mid to large sized stable organization preferred
  • Able to work independently with limited supervision
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring exceptional candidates in high growth environments.
  • Experience in creative sourcing through multiple channels (web, social/professional networks, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills, including working with local and remote hiring managers, taking new requirements, reviewing profiles, and updating pipeline progress.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)--experience with Lever specifically a plus!
  • Excellent communication skills; highly effective judgment and interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of candidates and management.
  • Passion for candidate experience and a drive to continuously improve our Global People Team processes
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Agile and able to pivot quickly with the changing environment
  • Collaborative and team oriented
