About the role

• Procurement Specialist managing operational purchasing and logistics processes at PRESCH. Ensuring timely supply chain activities and maintaining accurate data records in ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• You maintain our master data and ensure that all information is up to date and accurate.
• You handle operational order processing: creating suppliers and items in the ERP system, generating purchase orders, and checking PI/PO/SC.
• You ensure packaging is implemented correctly: review die-cut templates, coordinate internally with the graphic team, inspect and forward to suppliers.
• You manage logistical topics such as inventory planning, reorders of stocked items, monitoring delivery dates, and document verification.
• You prepare declarations of conformity and calculate purchase prices for optimal cost control.
• You collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to make processes efficient and reliable.

Requirements

• You have prior experience in operational purchasing, logistics, or a comparable field.
• Structured working is your strength: you always have master data, documents and deadlines under control.
• You are familiar with ERP systems (e.g., Xentral) or are eager to learn them quickly.
• Numbers don’t intimidate you – you handle calculations, purchase-price computations and inventory planning confidently.
• You take ownership: you don’t need micro-management, you take initiative and drive topics forward.
• You are a team player and enjoy working with internal colleagues as well as external partners.
• Commitment, accuracy and reliability are part of your working style.
