Responsibilities
- Management, maintenance and renewal of contractual relationships with property owners and coordination of suppliers to deliver these services
- Review of lease agreements from external service providers and optimization of leases in accordance with internal policies

Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Law (Paralegal) or Business/Economics
- Ideally, professional experience with lease agreements and contract negotiations
- Enjoyment in resolving contractual discrepancies with landlords, colleagues and service providers
- Proficient MS Office skills
- Fluent German, both written and spoken
