About the role

  • Management, maintenance and renewal of contractual relationships with property owners and coordination of suppliers to deliver these services
  • Review of lease agreements from external service providers and optimization of leases in accordance with internal policies
  • Independent handling, analysis and documentation of contract documents
  • Preparation and provision of profitability analyses, documentation and status reports
  • Ensuring payments and responsibility for budgets

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Law (Paralegal) or Business/Economics
  • Ideally, professional experience with lease agreements and contract negotiations
  • Enjoyment in resolving contractual discrepancies with landlords, colleagues and service providers
  • Proficient MS Office skills
  • Fluent German, both written and spoken
