Responsibilities
Management, maintenance and renewal of contractual relationships with property owners and coordination of suppliers to deliver these services
Review of lease agreements from external service providers and optimization of leases in accordance with internal policies
Independent handling, analysis and documentation of contract documents
Preparation and provision of profitability analyses, documentation and status reports
Ensuring payments and responsibility for budgets
Requirements
Completed vocational training or a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Law (Paralegal) or Business/Economics
Ideally, professional experience with lease agreements and contract negotiations
Enjoyment in resolving contractual discrepancies with landlords, colleagues and service providers
Proficient MS Office skills
Fluent German, both written and spoken
