Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic internal consultant and trusted advisor to Incentive Plan Designers, HR, Technology, and senior business leaders
- Provide insight, guidance, and assurance on incentive metric and plan feasibility
- Lead a team responsible for incentive data validation and user acceptance testing
- Engage in high value consulting: translating complex incentive mechanics into clear insight
- Influence plan metric/design decisions and enable confident leadership decision making
- Manage and direct the execution of HR technology strategies and operational plans established by senior management
- Manage the development, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise HR information systems
- Lead complex HR technology projects or programs across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and business leaders to ensure seamless HR technology operations
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
- Analyze HR data and system performance to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging HR technologies
- Guide and develop talent across multiple teams within the HR technology function
- Ensure effective training and support for HRIS users
- Drive change management initiatives related to HR technology implementations and upgrades
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to maintain competitive advantage
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in HR technology or related fields
- Proven management experience leading a team
- Strong expertise in HR systems architecture, data governance, and software quality assurance
- 10+ Years of experience in incentive compensation
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders in a consultative or advisory capacity
