Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of sales projects, from initial planning to execution and final delivery.
Build and maintain strong client relationships understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline project workflows and enhance product offerings and ensure successful project delivery.
Prepare and present proposals and quotes to clients, ensuring clear communication of product value.
Communicate effectively with all parties to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
Ensure sales targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
Provide regular updates and reports to the customer on the project status.
Work within D365 to effectively communicate all aspects of the project opportunity.
Requirements
Prior experience and ability to work in a fast paced, high intensity, customer focused environment
Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of ASC’s products and customer base or 3-5 years of prior project related experience in a customer service/sales support role.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task/prioritize based on urgency.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and effectively problem-solve.
