- Oversees sales projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets at ASC Engineered Solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of sales projects, from initial planning to execution and final delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline project workflows and enhance product offerings and ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare and present proposals and quotes to clients, ensuring clear communication of product value.
- Communicate effectively with all parties to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure sales targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the customer on the project status.
- Work within D365 to effectively communicate all aspects of the project opportunity.
Requirements
- Prior experience and ability to work in a fast paced, high intensity, customer focused environment
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of ASC’s products and customer base or 3-5 years of prior project related experience in a customer service/sales support role.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task/prioritize based on urgency.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and effectively problem-solve.
