You will support management with projects, meetings, follow-ups and strategic topics.
You will be the first point of contact for internal processes, deadlines, coordination and information flow.
You will communicate with partners and clients — friendly, reliable and solution-oriented.
You will assist in preparing proposals, reports and presentations.
You will coordinate tasks between Sales, Marketing, HR and Operations.
You will identify where things are getting stuck and proactively pitch in before anyone asks.
Requirements
Experience in an assistant, project or liaison role
Strong organizational and communication skills — you stay calm under pressure
Understanding of business processes and client needs
Self-responsibility, discretion and a good sense of priorities
Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace and CRM systems
