About the role

  • Project Manager engaging enterprise clients to deliver AI-driven solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate operational challenges into scalable AI products.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary project interface for enterprise clients across operations.
  • Understand client workflows, systems, and bottlenecks to identify automation opportunities working with both internal and external user teams.
  • Translate business pain points into clear product specs and priorities for engineering and AI teams.
  • Drive implementation and integration of AI solutions within complex enterprise environments.
  • Partner with engineers, customers, and user teams to measure success, collect feedback, and guide iterative improvements.
  • Inform the product roadmap with real-world client insights and emerging trends in enterprise ops.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Plan, execute and track project deliverables, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Build and maintain high-level project plan for client-requested features, ensuring alignment between client needs and engineering capacity.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in Project Management, Technical Consulting, or Solutions Delivery, ideally in enterprise SaaS, automation, or AI.
  • Strong client-facing experience — comfortable engaging with senior business and technical leaders.
  • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to define and own high-level roadmaps and detailed project plans for client-requested features.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise operations workflows (e.g., procurement, finance ops, shared services, supply chain, or HR ops).
  • Proven ability to distill complex client requirements into actionable product plans.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and program management skills.
  • Technical fluency in APIs, data flows, and system integrations; familiarity with AI/ML concepts a plus.
  • Startup DNA — resourceful, adaptable, and proactive in fast-moving environments.
  • Experience deploying workflow automation or process intelligence platforms.
  • Familiarity with systems like SAP, Workday, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
  • Exposure to data-driven decision-making or predictive analytics tools.
