About the role

  • Project Manager overseeing CLM/KYC delivery at investment bank. Requires strong governance, stakeholder management skills within regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing a complex CLM/KYC programme from its current phase through to delivery
  • Owning project governance, planning, RAID management, and reporting
  • Managing senior stakeholder relationships and ensuring clear communication across business and technology teams
  • Coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams, including compliance, operations, and technology
  • Ensuring regulatory and risk requirements are met throughout the lifecycle
  • Supporting implementation and adoption of CLM/KYC platforms, with Fenergo experience highly desirable.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering CLM and/or KYC transformation projects
  • Strong Project Management capability within complex, regulated environments
  • The ability to quickly embed into an existing programme and take ownership
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A pragmatic, delivery-focused approach with strong attention to detail
  • Previous involvement in CLM/KYC programmes, ideally within financial services
  • Experience working with or delivering Fenergo implementations (preferred)
  • Strong governance, planning, and delivery skills across multi-stream projects
  • Confidence operating in high-pressure, time-sensitive programmes
  • Relevant Project Management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) is desirable but not essential.
