Responsibilities
- Responsible for generating new business, networking, and establishing & maintaining customer relationships
- Plan construction projects and oversee their progress
- Budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of projects
- Provide complete and satisfactory execution of the entire project
- Work directly with the project superintendent and other team members
- Leads Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Closeout phases of the projects
- Responsible for quality assurance processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related Engineering Degree
- 10+ years of experience in the Industrial / Manufacturing Commercial Construction Market
- 5 years in the Renewable Energy Market
- 1 year of construction estimating experience desired
- Proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite
- Primavera Scheduling and Construction Administration Software preferred
- On site construction experience a plus
- Travel: 20-40%
