About the role

  • Marketplace Project Intern focusing on data intelligence and customer experience at ADEO. Engaging in projects that drive growth through customer satisfaction and innovative data solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Turn customer satisfaction (NPS) into a growth lever.
  • Build data solutions (SQL queries using BigQuery) and design dashboards (Power BI / Data Studio) to monitor Marketplace performance.
  • Analyze financial opportunities to optimize the supply chain and customer experience.
  • Test business hypotheses (A/B testing, predictive models) to identify and address friction points in the customer journey.
  • Coordinate diverse stakeholders to deploy major initiatives at a global scale.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's- or Master's-level program (equivalent to Bac+3/4) at a Business or Engineering school.
  • Proficient in (or eager to practice) SQL (BigQuery), Power BI/Data Studio, and statistical analysis in Excel.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into concrete recommendations.
  • Proactive, curious, and a strong communicator with contagious energy.
  • Languages: fluent English.
