Project Manager specializing in HLSK leading large building technology projects for STF Energy. Coordinating project teams and ensuring high-quality execution within stipulated timelines.
Responsibilities
In this position you will act as a TGA Project Manager with a focus on HLSK (m/f/d) within our STF Energy business unit and lead various large-scale projects in building services/technical building equipment — specializing in HLSK.
Coordination – With your expertise and ideas you take responsibility for overall project coordination, ensure the implementation of the client's requirements, and manage the project team to guarantee smooth processes and on-time completion.
Communication – You are the main contact for all project-related questions and conduct discussions with clients (building owners) and project stakeholders (e.g., architects, structural engineers, etc.). You also actively participate in project meetings and present project statuses.
Control/Management – You ensure compliance with budgets and schedules, handle project controlling, and keep all quality assurance measures firmly in view.
Requirements
You should already have professional experience in a similar role with a focus on building services (TGA).
Ideally, you have experience across the different trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, air conditioning) or have been specialized in one of them.
Additionally, you bring a solid foundation: a degree in an engineering discipline — preferably with a focus on supply engineering, building services, or a comparable field — OR you are a certified technician or master craftsman in one of the trades heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, or air conditioning (HLSK).
Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project leadership / project management / project coordination.
You are characterized by respectful interpersonal skills and strong communication, both within the team and with clients and other project stakeholders.
You are proficient with common MS Office products and open to using new tools.
To ensure optimal communication among all parties, you need very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
