About the role

  • Contracts Manager overseeing procurement processes and contract compliance for Land Use Victoria. Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to manage contract performance and risks.

Responsibilities

  • Manages contracts from start to finish, supporting procurement and service delivery across Land Use Victoria
  • Plans and runs procurement processes, prepares documentation, engages vendors and ensures contracts meet policy and legal requirements
  • Works closely with internal teams, subject matter experts and external providers to monitor performance, manage risks and ensure contract compliance
  • Tracks deliverables, payments and reporting through key systems

Requirements

  • A tertiary qualification in Law/Commerce/Finance and/or experience in the field (desirable)
  • Experience in procurement and contract management, including practical knowledge of contract management systems and contract management frameworks (desirable)
