About the role

  • Team Manager for Roole, enhancing customer experience and managing a diverse team in Boulogne-Billancourt. Seeking dynamic individuals with team management expertise and a focus on client relations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee your team's real-time operations.
  • Develop, monitor and analyze your team's qualitative and quantitative performance metrics.
  • Plan and allocate the team's workload together with operational planning coordinators.
  • Report on your team's activity and be accountable for achieving set targets: quality (QS) and customer retention (fulfillment of guarantees).
  • Provide support to your team, particularly for complex cases.
  • Establish and promote a feedback culture to give meaning to work, support team members, empower them and foster strong cohesion and teamwork.
  • Implement initiatives to motivate your team (challenges, events).
  • Deploy a management model that combines empathy and performance: set high standards, promote a culture of effort and demonstrate managerial courage.
  • Identify coaching and training needs to develop each team member's skills.
  • Work closely with other managers in the Customer Relations department to model a management approach aligned across the company.
  • Be responsible for recruiting your team by actively participating in all stages of the recruitment process; onboard new hires and ensure their training (quality charter, procedures, etc.).
  • Proactively participate in project management activities for the Customer Relations department.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, including team management in a production environment.
  • Basic knowledge of or first experience in insurance/assistance is a plus.
  • Strong listening skills, good interpersonal abilities and a desire to create a positive, friendly working atmosphere.
  • Good written communication, rigorous and well organized.
  • Results-oriented (experience reporting/ROI), with a strong sense of priorities and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Hold at least a two-year post-secondary diploma (Bac+2 or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with the automotive sector is an advantage but not required.
