About the role

• Projektleiter TGA in der STF Gruppe verantwortet große Projekte in der Gebäudetechnik. Schwerpunkt auf HLSK mit innovativen Lösungen bei der TGA-Fachplanung in verschiedenen Projektphasen.

Responsibilities

• Building Services (TGA) Project Manager with a focus on heating, ventilation, sanitary and air conditioning (HLSK)
• Responsible for overall project coordination
• Point of contact for all project-related questions
• Ensure compliance with cost, schedule and quality standards
• Develop project management tools including a TGA cockpit

Requirements

• Professional experience in a similar role with a focus on building services (TGA)
• Ideally experience in heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing or air conditioning, or specialization in one of these areas
• Degree in engineering or state-certified technician/master craftsman qualification in heating, ventilation, sanitary or air conditioning (HLSK)
• Several years of relevant professional experience in project leadership / project management / project coordination
• Strong communication skills and an appreciative interpersonal approach
• Proficient in common MS Office applications
• Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
• Valid work permit for Germany (required for non-EU applicants)
