Responsibilities
Lead and manage initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of product solutions.
Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle from concept development to ready-for-commercial-launch, working collaboratively with key stakeholders.
Coordinate efforts across Business Units, Group functions, and regional teams to secure a smooth launch of new product solutions.
Work cross-functionally to ensure that all functional deliverables are aligned, driving towards successful market launch and financial benefits.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Nexi to drive product success and market alignment.
Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of initiatives.
Support the governance process to ensure estimations, benefits cases and the governance process is followed to enable funding release from Nexi Finance.
Requirements
Proven experience in project delivery with a customer success focus.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across various business units, countries and delivery functions.
Excellent project management skills, with experience leading initiatives from concept to commercial launch.
Good understanding of the payments industry or similar.
Fluency in English; as well proficiency in German or Italian is a major plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
