About the role

  • Support the development of project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with the Project Manager.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure records are consistently updated.
  • Track and report on project progress, highlighting potential risks or issues.
  • Prepare regular status updates and assist the Project Manager with progress reports and presentations.
  • Assist in coordinating tasks and activities across various departments to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Facilitate collaboration between team members and act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries.
  • Support resource allocation and team assignments in coordination with senior project managers.
  • Monitor workloads and help prioritize tasks to ensure efficiency.
  • Identify potential project risks, assist in developing mitigation plans, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Gather and analyze project performance data, including cost and timelines, to support decision-making.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to enhance project outcomes.
  • Contribute to post-project reviews, assist in documenting lessons learned, and support ongoing process improvements.
  • Organize and attend project meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in preparing materials for project reviews, updates, and stakeholder communication.
  • Help manage communication channels to ensure all parties are informed of project developments and changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a project coordination or support role (junior candidates accepted).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
