About the role

  • Shape the vision: Lead the design and delivery of a digital access-to-finance platform, with the goal of launching an initial minimum viable product (MVP) by early 2026, while ensuring it evolves into a minimum lovable product (MLP) that truly resonates with small business owners.
  • Build the platform: Select and manage the digital platform, ensuring smooth integration of content, usability, and scalability.
  • Develop the curriculum: Define learning objectives, structure, and delivery formats, ensuring content is accessible, engaging, and directly useful to small and underserved business owners.
  • Innovate & test: Apply human-centred design, agile product principles, and AI-led optimisation to validate the proposition through user testing and feedback loops.
  • Collaborate widely: Build strong relationships with fintechs, educators, ecosystem partners, and internal stakeholders to strengthen both platform and programme.
  • Measure success: Establish KPIs and impact frameworks to track registrations, engagement, participant progress, and long-term outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in programme design and delivery, ideally within education, capability-building, or entrepreneurship.
  • Strong track record in product and proposition development, including MVP launches and iterative design.
  • Knowledge of digital platforms and content management systems.
  • Ability to design curriculum frameworks and translate them into engaging, accessible content.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to bring partners and teams together around a shared vision.
  • Experience in impact measurement and reporting, turning data into actionable insights.
  • Bonus points if you have experience in financial inclusion, social sustainability, or supporting underserved communities.
  • Familiarity with behavioural science or adult learning theory.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to engage diverse audiences.
