Responsibilities
Develop our client conversion potential by demonstrating the reliability and robustness of our Quality Management System and compliance strategy as a differentiator against competitors
Strengthen organizational resilience by providing key quality expertise, ensuring audit-readiness of systems and procedures, consistency across the group, and adaptation to internal growth as well as growth through mergers and acquisitions
Implement the group's SOP (standard operating procedures) strategy by reviewing and streamlining Operational SOPs to align with ISO standards and audit-readiness expectations
Prepare and support certification (compliance and regulatory) body audits as well as client audits, including pre-audit preparation, interactions with auditors, and coordination of follow-up actions
Requirements
Proven expertise with Quality Management Systems and ISO certifications (e.g., ISO 17100, 9001, 13485, 27001, etc.)
Ability to translate regulatory requirements into concrete operational processes
Strong audit experience (internal/external), ideally within the language service provider (LSP) sector
Excellent communication and training skills, able to work effectively in a multicultural, matrixed environment
Results-oriented approach, rigor, and pragmatism
Fluency in English and French
