About the role

  • Develop our client conversion potential by demonstrating the reliability and robustness of our Quality Management System and compliance strategy as a differentiator against competitors
  • Strengthen organizational resilience by providing key quality expertise, ensuring audit-readiness of systems and procedures, consistency across the group, and adaptation to internal growth as well as growth through mergers and acquisitions
  • Implement the group's SOP (standard operating procedures) strategy by reviewing and streamlining Operational SOPs to align with ISO standards and audit-readiness expectations
  • Prepare and support certification (compliance and regulatory) body audits as well as client audits, including pre-audit preparation, interactions with auditors, and coordination of follow-up actions

Requirements

  • Proven expertise with Quality Management Systems and ISO certifications (e.g., ISO 17100, 9001, 13485, 27001, etc.)
  • Ability to translate regulatory requirements into concrete operational processes
  • Strong audit experience (internal/external), ideally within the language service provider (LSP) sector
  • Excellent communication and training skills, able to work effectively in a multicultural, matrixed environment
  • Results-oriented approach, rigor, and pragmatism
  • Fluency in English and French
