About the role

  • Recruit and onboard new clinics
  • Conduct site visits to assess program quality
  • Develop quality improvement plans
  • Oversee completion of twice-yearly progress reports
  • Build relationships with early education organizations and health centers

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in healthcare, social work, early education, literacy, or related fields (equivalent education and lived experience considered)
  • Prior remote work experience strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience providing program implementation, quality improvement, or professional development support
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Zoom, and Slack. Intermediate Excel skills essential
  • Reliable transportation for frequent regional travel within Massachusetts and portions of New Hampshire
