Lead project/program from launch to successful completion, ensuring a smooth handover to the Lifecycle Management team
Plan and schedule activities and resource requests, managing day-to-day execution per established standards and processes
Align and manage all cross-functional activities to deliver solutions on time and within budget
Coordinate preparations and arrangements prior to installation, aligning technical requirements, IT connectivity, and network setup
Lead a cross-functional team of subject matter experts from various domains
Support communication for all project-related activities with internal and external collaborators
Develop and enforce guidelines and norms for program and project management
Requirements
Project management certification such as PRINCE2 practitioner, PMI-PMP, or IPMA level C or D or equivalent experience
Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical or scientific field
Minimum of 8 years' experience in project management, with a customer-facing role and preferably in a people-management role
Proficiency in English and French
Readiness and capacity to journey within the EMEA region (up to 25-50%)
Experience in the regulated environment of the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, or knowledge of IT systems and microbiological laboratory processes
