About the role
- Program Manager leading complex implementations of diagnostic solutions in the EMEA region. Establishing structured project management approaches within the Professional Services team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the flawless implementation and installation of complex automated diagnostic solutions at customer sites
- Guarantee the smooth standardization, implementation, and instruction of project and program management methods within the Project Management Excellence Framework (PMEF)
- Lead project/program from launch to successful completion, ensuring a smooth handover to the Lifecycle Management team
- Plan and schedule activities and resource requests, managing day-to-day execution per established standards and processes
- Align and manage all cross-functional activities to deliver solutions on time and within budget
- Coordinate preparations and arrangements prior to installation, aligning technical requirements, IT connectivity, and network setup
- Lead a cross-functional team of subject matter experts from various domains
- Support communication for all project-related activities with internal and external collaborators
- Develop and enforce guidelines and norms for program and project management
Requirements
- Project management certification such as PRINCE2 practitioner, PMI-PMP, or IPMA level C or D or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical or scientific field
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in project management, with a customer-facing role and preferably in a people-management role
- Proficiency in English and French
- Readiness and capacity to journey within the EMEA region (up to 25-50%)
- Experience in the regulated environment of the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, or knowledge of IT systems and microbiological laboratory processes
