About the role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the QUANTA platform within the SCAPE initiative
- Coordinate internal and external teams to meet program goals and timelines
- Act as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to facilitate Agile Release Train activities and cross-team alignment
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and GxP validation standards
- Engage stakeholders to define requirements and drive business value
- Present program updates and risks to senior leadership and steering committees
- Promote adoption of emerging tools and Agile ways of working to streamline program execution
- Support Agile delivery teams in adhering to DevOps processes, building efficiencies and ensuring timely releases
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in program or project management within IT delivery
- At least 5 years working in the Pharma or IT industry, including GxP IT solution delivery
- Proven track record managing Agile and Waterfall hybrid projects
- Hands-on experience as a Release Train Engineer with Agile Release Train leadership
- Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD processes, and tools like Jira
- Familiarity with drug research, development, or commercialization portfolios (desirable)
- Experience working in global, multicultural, and matrixed environments (desirable)
