Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs on AI agents, tools, and use cases
- Run webinars and workshops explaining how AI solves business problems
- Organize and facilitate hackathons and hands-on learning events
- Create enablement materials and documentation
- Explain how agents work, how they use tools, and how to apply them to real problems
- Stay current on AI developments and translate them into practical guidance
- Interact with users and stakeholders and collect product requirements and feedback, suggest user journey improvements
- Help rollout and test early features
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in enablement, training, technical education, or related field
- Hands-on experience using and understanding large language models (LLMs) and AI agents
- Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
- Experience organizing events and coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently and drive programs end-to-end
- Experience building simple AI demos or prototypes (preferred)
- Background in product education or developer advocacy (preferred)
- Experience running hackathons or similar hands-on learning events (preferred)
