About the role
- Optimize product development and delivery processes to accelerate serving top talent in startups and technology sectors
- Support customers' visa application journeys and prepare/manage multiple customer visa application work products simultaneously
- Establish metrics and monitoring systems to continuously measure and improve product development and process performance
- Develop and maintain comprehensive quality gates throughout the customer application preparation lifecycle
- Collaborate with engineering and design to gather necessary information and documentation and maintain clear communication
- Serve as the operational liaison between legal operations, engineering, design, and sales teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the document preparation platform and internal processes based on customer feedback and operational insights
- Ensure legal and sales teams can move quickly while maintaining necessary precision
Requirements
- Operational experience (particularly within a startup)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and design processes
- Project management skills; ability to manage multiple customer visa application work products simultaneously
- Desire to learn and use AI-enabled technology products and automate processes
- Specific interest in business immigration and visa preparation
- High agency and ability to manage projects independently
- Strong customer service focus
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with legal operations, engineering, design, and sales
- Ability to establish metrics, monitor systems, and maintain quality gates
- Willingness to be present in San Francisco (hybrid arrangements possible)
- Previous immigration or legal experience not required; visa sponsorship provided
