Responsibilities
Drive go-to-market execution: Partner with Commercial, Product, Technology, and Performance Marketing teams to plan, launch, and measure GTM initiatives for our new AI product verticals — boosting client acquisition, engagement, retention, and ultimately ARR growth.
Support commercial success: Help our sales teams win clients by producing high-impact videos, case studies, one-pagers, tenders, and pitch decks, using AI tools to accelerate content creation and iteration.
Leverage data for insight: Analyze lead, pipeline, and market data to refine positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies.
Measure and optimize performance: Build dashboards and reports (in Sheets, analytics tools, or via AI assistants) to track KPIs, measure marketing effectiveness, and guide smarter decisions.
Scale through automation: Conduct deep-dive analyses on product adoption and GTM performance to identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven efficiency.
Influence strategy: Present clear, actionable insights to senior leaders that shape how AI, marketing, and product strategies work together to accelerate Job&Talent’s growth.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a relevant role or field — exceptional recent graduates are also encouraged to apply
Background in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Business, or Economics, with a strong analytical mindset and curiosity for AI-driven growth
Comfortable working with SQL and Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, queries, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with close attention to detail
Prompt Engineering & Workflow design: Building efficient prompts, custom GPTs or AI Workflows to speed up repetitive tasks
Excellent communicator with full professional fluency in English (C1 or above). Additional languages such as Spanish, French, German or other major languages are highly preferred.
