About the role

Responsibilities
- You’ll thrive by finding elegant solutions to complex problems
- User discovery & insights through gamer communities (Reddit, Discord, conferences)
- Analyze product usage patterns (SQL, Mixpanel) to connect insights to business outcomes
- Define success metrics, own dashboards/funnels/experiment readouts, and deliver decision-ready insights
- Size and scope opportunities using product data and market sizing for decision-making
- Identify opportunities to design/run experiments (A/B tests, pilots)
- Surface opportunities, shape strategy, then translate direction into scopes, specs, and execution
- Manage JIRA and keep initiatives moving across teams
- Support launch plans, onboarding flows, and usage monitoring
Requirements
- 2+ years of PM experience at a product-driven tech company, owning meaningful product surface area (B2C a plus)
- 2+ years in investment banking, strategy consulting, or a similar analytical/business role
- Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems, form hypotheses, design/interpret experiments, and make data-driven decisions
- GM-like mindset with awareness of how product connects to revenue, growth models, pricing, and go-to-market
- Nice to have - Shipped AI-powered products or features (LLMs, recommendation engines, intelligent automation)
- Ability to deconstruct visions into clear, actionable roadmaps that align with company objectives
- Ownership-first, bias-to-action, thrives in early-stage/high-urgency environments
- Deep user empathy, first-principles thinker, obsessed with simple, elegant solutions
