As a Product Manager at Upway, you will identify the most critical problems of our users, and define the solution to solve them.
To do this, you will:
Become the go-to expert of our users across all our markets by deeply understanding their needs and pain points. You'll analyze the data we collect and lead user research to gain both quantitative and qualitative insights, build your knowledge, and prioritize the opportunities.
Build delightful product features from scratch, leading the delivery phase in collaboration with our amazing software engineering team, designers and operations teams.
Monitor and measure the impact of the products you launch, and use insights to continually improve and iterate.
Collaborate with international teams based in Paris, New York City, Los Angeles, Amsterdam, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Antwerp and Brussels.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who can navigate a fast-evolving environment and contribute to Upway’s growth. Here are the skills and qualities we value:
Experience: you have at least 4 years of experience in Product Management or Product-related role. Ideally, you have worked in a startup or scale-up environment, preferably internationally.
Ownership and accountability: you have an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for connecting with customers, deeply understanding their journey, and taking full ownership of the conception and success of your products. You thrive in a dynamic environment where flexibility is key and unnecessary bureaucracy is nonexistent!
Attention to detail: you have a knack for crafting clean product requirements and a sharp, consumer-first eye to build delightful, user-friendly products.
Analytical skills: you are data-driven, intellectually honest and rigorous. You are comfortable conducting analyses autonomously to identify opportunities, define success and measure the impact of your products. You have experience writing SQL queries and running A/B tests.
Languages: fluency in English is mandatory; French or German is a plus!
Benefits
At Upway, we believe that the best businesses are built by the best teams, and we are looking for great individuals, working together to achieve great outcomes. At this position, you would be joining the Product team and be based in Paris.
