Responsibilities
Your mission will be to increase the app’s usage and stickiness by helping local teams drive more store visits, improve their online reputation, and build customer loyalty — all while collaborating seamlessly with their colleagues to reach these goals.
As part of the Interactions Tribe, you’ll work with a team of 4 developers and 1 dedicated mobile QA to craft an engaging, high-performing mobile experience that truly supports people in stores every day.
Requirements
At least 3 years of Product Management experience on a mobile application.
Ability to create a long-term roadmap aligned with company goals and defend it through market understanding, customer feedback, and data.
Technical aptitude and familiarity with Scrum or other agile frameworks.
Analytical mindset with a passion for data analysis.
Proficient in conducting user research and engaging with end users to understand their needs.
Enjoys rapid experimentation to deliver the best customer experience.
Self-starter, proactive, and open to peer collaboration.
Fluent in French and comfortable with English.
Experience with B2B SaaS products is a plus.
