Responsibilities
Be an expert in your product, its intended customers (internal and external), and the operational space it supports
Define and execute the product strategy for fee architecture, charging processes, and supporting back-end services
Lead product discovery through stakeholder engagement, process mapping, and analysis of current fee models and workflows
Design and evolve scalable, resilient approaches for creating, updating, and applying fees across the platform
Consolidate fragmented fee logic into more consistent and transparent structures that provide a clear view of fees at an individual level
Collaborate closely with engineering to ideate, test, and deliver improvements to core fee and charging infrastructure
Champion a product-led mindset and coaching the team in modern product thinking
Identify and track key product and operational metrics to measure product health, efficiency, and risk
Manage BAU, regulatory, and operational changes across fee-related services
Influence and align stakeholders across technology, operations, finance, and risk, advocating for product decisions with clarity and confidence
Requirements
Proven experience in product management, ideally within complex back-end, operational, or platform environments
Exposure to fee models, financial operations, or transaction-based systems
Strong ability to simplify complex processes and technical concepts and communicate them clearly
Experience working in cross-functional environments with engineering, operations, and senior stakeholders
Comfort navigating ambiguity and bringing structure to process-heavy spaces
A product-led mindset, with the ability to balance day-to-day operational needs with longer-term architectural improvement
