About the role

  • Product Manager at Netwealth leading fee architecture and operational processes for investment platform. Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance back-end services and streamline charging processes.

Responsibilities

  • Be an expert in your product, its intended customers (internal and external), and the operational space it supports
  • Define and execute the product strategy for fee architecture, charging processes, and supporting back-end services
  • Lead product discovery through stakeholder engagement, process mapping, and analysis of current fee models and workflows
  • Design and evolve scalable, resilient approaches for creating, updating, and applying fees across the platform
  • Consolidate fragmented fee logic into more consistent and transparent structures that provide a clear view of fees at an individual level
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to ideate, test, and deliver improvements to core fee and charging infrastructure
  • Champion a product-led mindset and coaching the team in modern product thinking
  • Identify and track key product and operational metrics to measure product health, efficiency, and risk
  • Manage BAU, regulatory, and operational changes across fee-related services
  • Influence and align stakeholders across technology, operations, finance, and risk, advocating for product decisions with clarity and confidence

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management, ideally within complex back-end, operational, or platform environments
  • Exposure to fee models, financial operations, or transaction-based systems
  • Strong ability to simplify complex processes and technical concepts and communicate them clearly
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments with engineering, operations, and senior stakeholders
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and bringing structure to process-heavy spaces
  • A product-led mindset, with the ability to balance day-to-day operational needs with longer-term architectural improvement
