Responsibilities
Drive the design vision for Clarity’s AI customer service products, ensuring intuitive, elegant, and human-centered experiences.
Lead the full product design lifecycle—from research, discovery, and ideation to prototyping, user testing, and polished UI delivery.
Conduct user research and usability studies with customer service teams, agents, and end-users to uncover pain points and opportunities.
Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and AI/ML teams to translate complex AI capabilities into simple, powerful user experiences.
Develop and maintain scalable design systems and interaction patterns that ensure consistency across the product ecosystem.
Use qualitative and quantitative insights to validate design decisions and optimize product usability and adoption.
Guide and inspire junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and user-first thinking.
Requirements
5–8+ years in product design, with a track record of designing SaaS, B2B, or enterprise software.
A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work, including UX flows, interaction design, and polished UI.
Expertise in Figma (or similar design tools) for prototyping and design system management.
Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
Strong understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and enterprise-grade product design.
Familiarity with designing for AI products and data-rich interfaces (dashboards, workflows, analytics).
Strategic thinker with a bias for action, curiosity for emerging technologies, and passion for creating delightful, human-centered experiences.
