About the role
- Create quality user experience design for cloud products at Scaleway, collaborating with PMs and developers to deliver best results.
Responsibilities
- Your mission will be to create a clear, high-quality user experience—we avoid interfaces that cause users to get lost.
- Conduct user interviews and user story mapping to understand users’ problems and produce measurable solutions driven by meaningful product and business metrics.
- Produce low- and high-fidelity prototypes to present effective solutions during design reviews and for developer handoff, while considering the entire developer experience.
- With support from your PM and the UX Research team, organize usability and user testing and report findings to the team.
- Be part of your tribe’s “triforce,” working closely with your PM, front-end developers, and Tech & UX writers to ensure we deliver the best value collectively.
- As a member of the Design team, help evangelize design internally by participating in onboarding and other internal events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar product design role
- Advanced proficiency with Figma
- Experience creating documentation and presentations
- Experience designing dashboard interfaces
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative analytics tools (Amplitude, Hotjar, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience working in technology companies
- Excellent command of English
- Exceptional communication skills—verbal and written, both internally and externally
- Strong team spirit and commitment to team development
- Positivity, resilience, and empathy, with openness to feedback and collaborative iteration
- Proactive mindset and a readiness to share ideas and contribute to continuous improvement
